Management Bites was first published in 2009 and became a best seller. It’s now sold many tens of thousands of copies around the world.
The Management Bites training programme is based on content from the book, with self-run, online modules or facilitated workshops that you can run in your business to give your managers practical tools to manage a team more effectively.
The modules are split into CORE, EFFICIENCY and ENGAGEMENT however can be put together into any combination you want!
Founded in New Zealand in 2006 by Angela and Fraser Atkins, we always had big plans for elephant! We developed and refined our programmes over time then in 2016 we went global. We’ve never looked back and develop all our programmes this way.
